The President of the Tribunal noted that only 13 States had become parties to the Agreement on the Privileges and immunities of the Tribunal.2 A note verbale had been sent to the States parties by the Registry in which it drew the attention of the parties to the recommendation made by the General Assembly in resolution 58/240 for States to become parties to the Agreement.
