May I remind members that under paragraph 7 of decision 34/401, the General Assembly agreed that when the same draft resolution is considered in a Main Committee and in plenary meeting a delegation should, as far as possible, explain its vote only once.
أود أن أذكر الأعضاء بأنه بموجب الفقرة 7 من المقرر 34/401، وافقت الجمعية العامة على أنه حين يُنظر في مشروع القرار نفسه في المكتب وفي جلسة عامة ينبغي أن تقوم الوفود، قدر الإمكان، بتعليل تصويتها مرة واحدة فحسب.

3. The attention of the Committee was drawn to the note by the Secretariat on the reports of the Joint Inspection Unit contained in document E/AC.51/2004/L.3, and the Committee was informed that the two reports listed in the document were scheduled for consideration by the Fifth Committee and in plenary meeting during the fifty-ninth session of the General Assembly.
3 - ووجه انتباه اللجنة إلى مذكرة من الأمانة العامة بشأن تقريري وحدة التفتيش المشتركة الواردين في الوثيقة E/AC.51/2004/L.3، وأبلغت اللجنة بأن التقريرين المدرجين في الوثيقة قد تقرر أن تنظر فيهما اللجنة الخامسة وفي الجلسة العامة للجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين.
