٣٥ - ينبغي أن تراعى في اﻹصلاحات الادارية باﻷمانة العامة الاتفاقات الحكومة الدولية بشأن إعادة تشكيل اﻷمم المتحدة في الميدانين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والميادين المتصلة بهما، بما يكفل تحسين الخدمة التي توفر ﻷنشطة الدول اﻷعضاء في اللجنتين الثانية والثالثة للجمعية العامة وفي المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وهيئاته الفرعية.
