14 - تشجع الحكومات ومنظومة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية على معالجة جوانب ضعف النساء والفتيات وقدراتهن وتدعو البلدان المانحة إلى فعل ذلك من خلال وضع برامج وتخصيص موارد تلبي احتياجات الجنسين في جهود الإغاثة والإنعاش وإعادة التأهيل والتعمير ما بعد الكارثة بالتنسيق مع حكومات البلدان المتضررة؛

9 - تعترف مع التقدير بمساهمة الدول الأعضاء والمانحين الدوليين الآخرين في دعم الأنشطة المتصلة بالدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية، بوسائل منها الصندوق الاستئماني للتبرعات ( " الصندوق الاستئماني للدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية " ) وتدعو البلدان المانحة أن تقدم مزيدا من التبرعات في هذا الصدد؛

9. Acknowledges with appreciation the contribution of Member States and other international donors to support activities related to small island developing States, including through the voluntary trust fund ( " Small Island Developing States Trust Fund " ), and invites donor countries to make further voluntary contributions in this regard;
9 - تنوه مع التقدير بمساهمة الدول الأعضاء وغيرها من الجهات المانحة الدولية لدعم الأنشطة المتصلة بالدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية، بوسائل منها الصندوق الاستئماني للتبرعات ( " الصندوق الاستئماني للدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية " )، وتدعو البلدان المانحة إلى أن تقدم مزيدا من التبرعات في هذا الصدد؛

Recalls the commitment, contained in the Istanbul Programme of Action, that donor countries should review their official development assistance commitments in 2015 and consider further enhancing the resources for the least developed countries, and invites donor countries to share with the General Assembly the results of such reviews at the earliest possible time as an input to the midterm review of the Istanbul Programme of Action;
13 - تشير إلى الالتزام الوارد في برنامج عمل اسطنبول بأن تستعرض البلدان المانحة في عام 2015 التزاماتها المتعلقة بتقديم المساعدة الإنمائية الرسمية وبأن تنظر في مواصلة تعزيز الموارد المخصصة لأقل البلدان نموا، وتدعو البلدان المانحة إلى إبلاغ الجمعية العامة بنتائج هذه الاستعراضات في أقرب وقت ممكن كإسهام منها في استعراض منتصف المدة لبرنامج عمل اسطنبول؛

Recognizes that youth employment and job opportunities for youth contribute to social stability, cohesion and inclusion and that States have an important role in addressing the demands of youth in this regard, notes that the Global Jobs Pact provides recommendations and policy options for States, and invites donor countries, multilateral organizations and other stakeholders to support national efforts aimed at enhancing employment for youth;
12 - تسلم بأن توظيف الشباب وتوفير فرص العمل لهم يسهمان في الاستقرار والتماسك والاندماج على الصعيد الاجتماعي وأن للدول دورا مهما في تلبية مطالب الشباب في هذا الصدد، وتلاحظ أن الميثاق العالمي لتوفير فرص العمل يوفر للدول توصيات وخيارات في مجال السياسة العامة، وتدعو البلدان المانحة والمنظمات المتعددة الأطراف والجهات المعنية الأخرى إلى دعم الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى زيادة توظيف الشباب؛
