Access to justice cannot be examined in isolation from other human rights issues, including structural discrimination, poverty, lack of access to health and education, and lack of recognition of rights to culture and lands, territories and resources.

34- ويجب أيضاً تناول حالة نساء الشعوب الأصلية وأطفالها وشبابها والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة فيها فيما يتعلق بوصولهم إلى العدالة من منظور شمولي لأن الوصول إلى العدالة يربطه رابط لا ينفصم بباقي التحديات المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان التي يواجهها من ينتمون إلى الشعوب الأصلية ومن جملتها الفقر وعدم الوصول إلى خدمات الصحة والتعليم وعدم الاعتراف بحقوقهم في الأراضي والأقاليم والموارد.

33- ومن الواضح أن التفاوت في توزيع أعمال الرعاية غير المدفوعة الأجر وكثافتها وعدم الاعتراف بها ودعمها يمسّ كرامة النساء القائمات عليها ويحد من استقلاليتهن ويعرقل تمتعهن بالعديد من حقوق الإنسان، بما فيها الحقوق المدنية والاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية، على قدم المساواة مع الرجال(34).
