While the Agency continues to verify the non-diversion of declared nuclear material at the nuclear facilities and LOFs declared by Iran under its Safeguards Agreement, Iran is not providing the necessary cooperation to enable the Agency to provide credible assurance about the absence of undeclared nuclear material and activities in Iran, and therefore to conclude that all nuclear material in Iran is in peaceful activities.
47 - وفيما تواصل الوكالة التحقق من عدم تحريف المواد النووية المعلنة في المرافق النووية والأماكن الواقعة خارج المرافق التي أعلنت عنها إيران بمقتضى اتفاق الضمانات المعقود معها، لا تقدم إيران التعاون اللازم لتمكين الوكالة من توفير تأكيدات ذات مصداقية بشأن عدم وجود مواد وأنشطة نووية غير معلنة في إيران، وبالتالي الخلوص إلى الاستنتاج بأن جميع المواد النووية في إيران تندرج في نطاق الأنشطة السلمية().

65. While the Agency continues to verify the non-diversion of declared nuclear material at the nuclear facilities and LOFs declared by Iran under its Safeguards Agreement, the Agency is not in a position to provide credible assurance about the absence of undeclared nuclear material and activities in Iran, and therefore to conclude that all nuclear material in Iran is in peaceful activities.
65 - بينما تواصل الوكالة التحقق من عدم تحريف المواد النووية المعلنة في المرافق النووية والأماكن الواقعة خارج المرافق التي أعلنت عنها إيران بمقتضى اتفاق الضمانات المعقود معها، فإن الوكالة ليست في وضع يمكِّنها من توفير تأكيدات ذات مصداقية بشأن عدم وجود مواد وأنشطة نووية غير معلنة في إيران، وتخلص بالتالي إلى أن جميع المواد النووية في إيران تندرج في نطاق الأنشطة السلمية().
