52. In 2010, Malta had ratified the Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Cooperation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children.
52 - وفي عام 2010، صدّقت مالطة على الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الساري والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون فيما يختص بالمسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال.

The Committee further recommends that the State party consider ratifying the relevant Hague Conventions, in particular, Convention No. 34 on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Cooperation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children.
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالنظر في التصديق على اتفاقيات لاهاي ذات الصلة، ولا سيما الاتفاقية رقم 34 المتعلقة بالولاية القانونية والقانون المنطبق والاعتراف والتنفيذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال.

(ج) التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي رقم 34 المتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الساري والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال.

It is also a party to the following human rights conventions of the Hague Conference on Private International Law: Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, Convention on Protection of Children and Cooperation in respect of Intercountry Adoption, and Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children.
كما أنه طرف في اتفاقيات حقوق الإنسان التالية في إطار مؤتمر لاهاي للقانون الدولي الخاص: الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالجوانب المدنية للاختطاف الدولي للأطفال، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على الصعيد الدولي، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الواجب التطبيق والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون في مجال مسؤولية الوالدين وتدابير حماية الأطفال.

The Committee recommends that the State party ratify the three Hague Conventions (on the Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions Relating to Maintenance Obligations, on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations, and on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in Respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children).
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تصدق على اتفاقيات لاهاي الثلاث (المتعلقة بالاعتراف بالقرارات ذات الصلة بالتزامات النفقة وتنفيذها، وبالقانون الساري على التزامات النفقة، وبالاختصاص والقانون الساري والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال).

It further recommends that the State party ratify the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions relating to Maintenance Obligations, the Convention on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations and the Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children.
وتوصي اللجنة كذلك الدولة الطرف بالتصديق على الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاعتراف بالأحكام المتصلة بالتزامات النفقة وتنفيذها، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالقانون المنطبق على التزامات النفقة، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الواجب التطبيق والاعتراف والتنفيذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال.

(ب) والنظر في التصديق على اتفاقيات لاهاي المتعلقة بالاعتراف بالقرارات ذات الصلة بالتزامات النفقة وتنفيذها، والمتعلقة بالقانون الساري على التزامات النفقة، والمتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الساري والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال.

48. The Committee recommends that the State party ratify the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions relating to Maintenance Obligations (1973), the Convention on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations (1973), and the Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children (1996).
47- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالتصديق على الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاعتراف بالأحكام المتصلة بالتزامات النفقة وتنفيذها (1973)، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالقانون المنطبق على التزامات النفقة (1973)، والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الواجب التطبيق والاعتراف والتنفيذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال (1996).

6. CRC recommended that the State consider ratifying Hague Conventions No. 23 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions Relating to Maintenance Obligations, No. 24 on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations, and No. 34 on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Cooperation in Respect to Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children.
6- وأوصت لجنة حقوق الطفل الدولة بأن تنظر في التصديق على اتفاقيات لاهاي رقم 23 المتعلقة بالاعتراف بالقرارات ذات الصلة بالتزامات النفقة وتنفيذها، ورقم 24 المتعلقة بالقانون الساري على التزامات النفقة، ورقم 34 المتعلقة بالاختصاص والقانون الساري والاعتراف والإنفاذ والتعاون في مجال المسؤولية الأبوية وتدابير حماية الأطفال(10).
