وكان عدد كبير من المنظمات غير الحكومية من بين شركائنا المهمين في التحضير للسنة الدولية والاحتفال بها.

The conceptual framework of a programme for the preparation and observance of the Year (A/50/114) was a first, important step towards the integration of each and every member of society.
ويعد اﻹطار المفاهيمي لبرنامج لﻷعمال التحضيرية للسنة الدولية والاحتفال بها خطوة أولى وهامة صوب اندماج كل عضو في المجتمع.

Invites all States, organizations of the United Nations system, intergovernmental organizations concerned and interested national organizations, including non-governmental organizations, to exert every possible effort in the preparations for and observance of the Year and to cooperate with the Secretary-General in achieving the objectives of the Year;
" ٥ - تدعو جميع الدول ومؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية المعنية والمنظمات الوطنية المهتمة باﻷمر، بما فيها المنظمات غير الحكومية، الى بذل قصارى جهودها في اﻷعمال التحضيرية للسنة الدولية والاحتفال بها والى التعاون مع اﻷمين العام في تحقيق أهداف السنة الدولية؛

5. ٥ - تدعو جميع الدول ومؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية المعنية والمنظمات الوطنية المهتمة باﻷمر، بما فيها المنظمات غير الحكومية، الى بذل قصارى جهودها في اﻷعمال التحضيرية للسنة الدولية والاحتفال بها والى التعاون مع اﻷمين العام في تحقيق أهداف السنة الدولية؛

٥ - تدعو جميع الدول ومؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية المعنية والمنظمات الوطنية المهتمة باﻷمر، بما فيها المنظمات غير الحكومية، إلى بذل قصارى جهودها في اﻷعمال التحضيرية للسنة الدولية والاحتفال بها وإلى التعاون مع اﻷمين العام في تحقيق أهداف السنة الدولية؛

In that resolution, the Assembly requested the Secretary-General " to establish a voluntary fund for the preparation for and observance of the Year " and invited " all States and interested organizations to contribute to that fund " .
وفي هذا القرار، طلبت الجمعية العامة الى اﻷمين العام " أن ينشئ صندوقا للتبرعات من أجل اﻹعداد للسنة الدولية والاحتفال بها " ، ودعت " جميع الدول اﻷعضاء، والمنظمات المعنية الى المساهمة في الصندوق " .

6. Invites all Member States to consider taking action towards establishing national mechanisms, such as national committees, to prepare for, observe and follow up on the International Year of Cooperatives, in particular for the purpose of planning, stimulating and harmonizing the activities of the governmental and nongovernmental agencies and organizations concerned with the preparations for and observance of the Year.
6 - تدعو جميع الدول الأعضاء إلى النظر في اتخاذ إجراءات نحو إنشاء آليات وطنية، من قبيل اللجان الوطنية، للإعداد للسنة الدولية للتعاونيات والاحتفال بها ومتابعتها، وبخاصة لغرض تخطيط أنشطة الوكالات والمنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية المعنية بالإعداد للسنة الدولية والاحتفال بها والحث على الاضطلاع بها وتنسيقها.
