11 - وإذ تأخــذ اللجنة الاستشارية في الحسبان تعليقاتها وملاحظاتها الواردة في الفقرات أعلاه، توصي بأن تأذن الجمعية العامة للأمين العام بالدخول في التزامات تصل إلى 7.5 ملايين دولار فيما يتصل بتقديم خدمات المؤتمرات وخدمات الدعم المركزية إلى لجنة مكافحة الإرهاب خلال سنة 2002.

Taking into account its comments and observations in the paragraphs above, the Advisory Committee is of the opinion that an additional appropriation of $7,124,800 under section 3, Peace-keeping operations and special missions, of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997 would be required for the period from 1 January to 31 March 1996.

24. Bearing in mind its comments and observations in the paragraphs above, the Advisory Committee recommends that the General Assembly appropriate and assess an additional amount of $31,382,800 gross ($30,587,600 net) for the period from 1 July 1999 to 30 June 2000.

Subject to its comments and observations in the paragraphs above, the Advisory Committee recommends that the General Assembly appropriate an amount of $196,744,800 for the maintenance of the Mission for the 12-month period from 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012, and that, should the Security Council decide to extend the mandate of the Mission, the amount of $196,744,800 be assessed at a monthly rate of $16,395,400.

Subject to its comments and observations in the paragraphs above, the Advisory Committee recommends that the General Assembly appropriate an amount of $160,218,200 for the maintenance of the Mission for the 12-month period from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013, and that the amount of $160,218,200 be assessed at a monthly rate of $13,351,517 should the Security Council decide to extend the mandate of the Mission beyond 31 December 2012.

35. In view of its comments and observations in the paragraphs above with regard to civilian personnel costs, the Advisory Committee recommends that the General Assembly approve an overall amount of $19 million for provision of these services.
٣٥ - وبالنظر إلى التعليقات والملاحظات الواردة في الفقرات أعلاه بشأن تكاليف الموظفين المدنيين، توصي اللجنة الاستشارية بأن تعتمد الجمعية العامة مبلغا إجماليا قدره ١٩ مليون دولار لتقديم هذه الخدمات.
