In conformity with the Charter of the United Nations, the rules of International Humanitarian Law and other rules of international law applicable to them, the High Contracting Parties agree to:
تتفق الأطراف المتعاقدة، طبقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي المنطبقة عليها، على ما يلي:

In exercising their rights of navigation States must have due regard to the rights and duties of coastal States and must comply with the laws and regulations adopted by the coastal State in accordance with the provisions of UNCLOS and other rules of international law insofar as they are not incompatible with Part V of UNCLOS.
وعلى الدول في ممارستها لحقوقها في الملاحة أن تولي المراعاة الواجبة لحقوق الدول الساحلية وواجباتها وأن تمتثل للقوانين والأنظمة التي تعتمدها الدولة الساحلية وفقا لأحكام اتفاقية قانون البحار وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي بالقدر الذي لا تتنافى به مع الجزء الخامس من الاتفاقية.

1. The High Contracting Parties will, in conformity with the Charter of the United Nations and the rules of International Humanitarian Law and other rules of international law applicable to them, do their utmost to limit the use of cluster munitions.
1- ستبذل الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية، وفقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي المنطبقة عليها، قصارى جهدها لتحديد استخدام الذخائر العنقودية.

1. The High Contracting Parties will, in conformity with the Charter of the United Nations and the rules of International Humanitarian Law and other rules of international law applicable to them, take all necessary measures to prevent and alleviate the human suffering caused by cluster munitions.
1- ستبذل الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية، وفقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي المنطبقة عليها، جميع التدابير اللازمة لتفادي المعاناة الإنسانية التي تتسبب فيها الذخائر العنقودية والتخفيف منها.

Obligation of the flag State in exercising its rights and performing its duties under the Convention in the exclusive economic zone to have due regard to the rights and duties of the coastal State and to comply with the laws and regulations adopted by the coastal State in accordance with the provisions of the Convention and other rules of international law insofar as they are not incompatible with Part V of UNCLOS.
تلتزم دولة العلم، في ممارستها لحقوقها وأدائها لواجباتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية في المنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة، بالمراعاة الواجبة لحقوق الدولة الساحلية وواجباتها وبالامتثال للقوانين والأنظمة التي تعتمدها الدولة الساحلية وفقا لأحكام هـذه الاتفاقيـة وغيرها من قواعد القانون الدولي بالقدر الذي لا تتنافى به مع الجزء الخامس من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار.

51. The Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic stipulates that inter-State treaties and other rules of international law ratified by the Kyrgyz Republic are an integral and directly applicable part of Kyrgyz law.
٥١ - ويقضي دستور جمهورية قيرغيزستان بأن الاتفاقيات الدولية وقواعد القانون الدولي اﻷخرى التي صدقت عليها جمهورية قيرغيزستان جزء لا يتجزأ من قوانين قيرغيزستان، وأنها نافذة في البلد بصورة مباشرة.
