٦ - ينص البند ٥-٤ من النظام المالي على أن تعتبر الاشتراكات المقررة مستحقة وواجبة الدفع بالكامل في غضون ٠٣ يوما من استلام طلب سداد الاشتراكات أو في أول يوم من السنة التقويمية المتعلقة بها، أيهما أبعد.
