36. The valuation is based on the Regulations, Rules and Pension Adjustment System of the Fund as in effect from 1 January 2014 and reflects the following changes applicable to new staff whose participation in the Fund commences, or recommences, on or after 1 January 2014:
٣٦ - يستند التقييم إلى النظامين الأساسي والإداري للصندوق ونظام تسوية المعاشات التقاعدية التابع له، بصيغتها المعمول بها اعتبارا من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014، وهو يجسد التغييرات التالية التي تنطبق على الموظفين الجدد الذين يبدأ اشتراكهم في الصندوق، أو يُستأنف، في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014 أو بعده:
