All States, inter-governmental and non-governmental organizations, international and regional organizations, international financial institutions and business sector entities, as well as United Nations organizations, including specialized agencies, regional commissions and funds and programmes, are invited to participate in the Conference, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the General Assembly.
وجميع الدول والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية والمؤسسات المالية الدولية وكيانات قطاع الأعمال، بالإضافة إلى مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة، من وكالات متخصصة ولجان إقليمية وصناديق وبرامج، مدعوة للمشاركة في المؤتمر، وفقا لقواعد الجمعية العامة وإجراءاتها.

13. Reaffirms the need for the Secretary-General to ensure that delegation of authority to the Department of Peacekeeping Operations and field missions is in strict compliance with relevant resolutions and decisions and the relevant rules and procedures of the General Assembly on this matter;
13 - تؤكد من جديد ضرورة أن يكفل الأمين العام أن تكون السلطة المفوضة لإدارة عمليات حفظ السلام والبعثات الميدانية متمشية على نحو دقيق مع القرارات والمقررات ذات الصلة، ومع القواعد والإجراءات التي حددتها الجمعية العامة في هذا الصدد؛

(ii) Serving as repository of the Organization's institutional memory on the practices and procedures of the General Assembly, the Economic and Social Council and other bodies serviced by the Division;
' 2` الاضطلاع بدور وديع ذاكرة المنظمة المؤسسية المتعلقة بممارسات وإجراءات الجمعية العامة والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وغيرهما من الهيئات التي تقدم لها الشعبةُ الخدمات؛

11. Affirms the need for the Secretary-General to ensure that the delegation of authority to the Department of Peacekeeping Operations, the Department of Field Support and field missions is in strict compliance with relevant resolutions and decisions, as well as relevant rules and procedures of the General Assembly on this matter;
11 - تؤكد ضرورة أن يكفل الأمين العام التقيد في تفويض السلطة لإدارة عمليات حفظ السلام وإدارة الدعم الميداني والبعثات الميدانية تقيدا صارما بأحكام القرارات والمقررات ذات الصلة وبالقواعد والإجراءات التي حددتها الجمعية العامة في هذا الصدد؛

(ii) Serving as repository of the Organization's institutional memory on the practices and procedures of the General Assembly, the Economic and Social Council and other bodies serviced by the Division;
' 2` أداء وظيفة الوديع لذاكرة المنظمة المؤسسية المتعلقة بممارسات وإجراءات الجمعية العامة والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وغيرهما من الهيئات التي تقدم لها الشعبةُ الخدمات؛

The Division will also prepare and use analytical studies on the rules and procedures of the General Assembly and the Economic and Social Council to prepare for various scenarios so that the conduct of meetings will be consistent with the rules and practices of the bodies and to assist Member States in the development of appropriate proposals for review by the bodies concerned.
وستقوم الشعبة أيضا بإعداد واستخدام دراسات تحليلية لقواعد وإجراءات الجمعية العامة والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بغرض إعداد سيناريوهات مختلفة لكفالة سير الاجتماعات وفقا لقواعد وإجراءات الهيئات، ومساعدة الدول الأعضاء في وضع المقترحات المناسبة لكي تستعرضها الهيئات المعنية.
