(ب) كفالة أن تدعم التدابير التشريعية والإدارية وغيرها التمتع الكامل للمرأة والفتاة بحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية، وذلك بوسائل منها تعميم مراعاة القضايا الجنسانية في السياسات والبرامج على جميع المستويات وتنظيم حملات مستمرة لإذكاء الوعي بشأن المساواة بين المرأة والرجل؛

(a) To intensify its training activities on the basis of lessons learned and replicate best practices and to continue to implement innovative methods of work, in order to have a concrete impact on policies and programmes at all levels and respond to both existing and future challenges, particularly in developing countries, including least developed countries in all regions;
(أ) تكثيف أنشطته التدريبية استنادا إلى الدروس المستفادة ومحاكاة أفضل الممارسات ومواصلة انتهاج الطرق الابتكارية في العمل، بغية تحقيق أثر محدد في السياسات والبرامج على جميع المستويات والتصدي للتحديات القائمة والمقبلة على السواء، وبخاصة في البلدان النامية، بما فيها أقل البلدان نموا في جميع المناطق؛

At its sixty-seventh session, the General Assembly adopted resolution 67/107 on people's empowerment and development, in which it expressed concern about the crippling effects of poverty, inequality and disparity all over the globe and recognized that people should be the key focus of all plans, policies and programmes at all levels and that the empowerment of people is essential to achieving development.
