The possibility of establishing other independent agencies for the promotion and protection of human rights in Cambodia and the reception and resolution of complaints should be kept under consideration by the Royal National Government of Cambodia, the National Assembly and the Human Rights Commission of the National Assembly.
٧٤- كذلك ينبغي للحكومة الوطنية الملكية لكمبوديا وللجمعية الوطنية وللجنة حقوق اﻹنسان التابعة للجمعية الوطنية أن تبقي قيد النظر إمكانية إنشاء وكالات مستقلة أخرى من أجل تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان في كمبوديا وتلقي الشكاوى وحسمها.
