At the same meeting, the President amended the draft resolution entitled " Revision of the General Regulations of the World Food Programme and reconstitution of the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes as the Executive Board of the World Food Programme " , contained in document E/1995/14/Add.1.
٦٩ - وفي الجلسة نفسها، عدل الرئيس مشروع القرار المعنون " تنقيح اللائحة العامة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي وإعادة تشكيل لجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها بحيث تصبح " المجلس التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي " والوارد في الوثيقة E/1995/14/Add.1.

13. On 6 June 1995, the Council adopted decision 1995/227 on the revision of the general regulations of the World Food Programme and reconstitution of the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes as the Executive Board of the World Food Programme.
٣١ - وفي ٦ حزيران/يونيه ٥٩٩١، اتخذ المجلس المقرر ٥٩٩١/٧٢٢ بشأن تنقيح اللائحة العامة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي وإعادة تشكيل لجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها بحيث تصبح المجلس التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي.

By its decision 1995/227 of 6 June 1995, the Economic and Social Council recommended to the General Assembly the adoption of a draft resolution entitled " Revision of the General Regulations of the World Food Programme and reconstitution of the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes as the Executive Board of the World Food Programme " (see A/C.2/50/L.2).
٣ - أوصى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي الجمعية العامة، في مقرره ١٩٩٥/٢٢٧ المؤرخ ٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥، باعتماد مشروع قرار بعنوان " تنقيح اللائحة العامة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي وإعادة تشكيل لجنة سياسات وبرامج المعونة الغذائية لتصبح المجلس التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي " )انظر (A/C.2/50/L.2.

٢ - وأوصى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، بموجب مقرره ١٩٩٥/٢٢٧ المؤرخ ٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥، بأن تعتمد الجمعية العامة مشروع قرار معنون " تنقيح اللائحة العامة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي وإعادة تشكيل لجنة سياسات وبرامج المعونة الغذائية لتصبح المجلس التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي " .

The CHAIRMAN recalled that, by its decision 1995/227 of 6 June 1995, the Economic and Social Council had recommended to the General Assembly the adoption of a draft resolution entitled " Revision of the General Regulations of the World Food Programme and reconstitution of the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes as the Executive Board of the World Food Programme " .
٢٩ الرئيس: أشار إلى أن المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي أوصى الجمعية العامة، في مقرره ١٩٩٥/٢٢٧ المؤرخ ٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥، اعتماد مشروع القرار المعنون " تنقيح اللائحة العامة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي وإعادة تشكيل لجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها لتصبح المجلس التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي " .

The General Assembly adopted the draft resolution recommended by the Second Committee in paragraph 5 of Part I of its report (document A/50/615), entitled " Revision of the General Regulations of the World Food Programme and reconstitution of the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes as the Executive Board of the World Food Programme " (resolution 50/8).
واعتمدت الجمعية العامة مشروع القرار الذي أوصت به اللجنة الثانية في الفقرة ٥ من الجزء اﻷول من تقريرها )الوثيقة A/50/615(، المعنون " تنقيح اللائحة العامة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي وإعادة تشكيل لجنة سياسات وبرامج المعونة الغذائية لتصبح المجلس التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي " )القرار ٠٥/٨(.

The Assembly has before it a draft resolution which is contained in paragraph 5 of Part I of the report of the Second Committee (A/50/615). The draft resolution is entitled “Revision of the General Regulations of the World Food Programme and reconstitution of the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes as the Executive Board of the World Food Programme”.
معـروض علـى الجمعية اﻵن مشروع قرار وارد في الفقرة ٥ من الجزء اﻷول من تقرير اللجنة (A/50/615) وعنوان مشروع القرار هو " تنقيح اللائحة العامة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي وإعادة تشكيل لجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها لتصبح المجلس التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي " .

The Acting President (interpretation from Arabic): The Assembly will now turn to Part I of the report (A/50/615) of the Second Committee on agenda item 12, “Report of the Economic and Social Council”, dealing with revision of the General Regulations of the World Food Programme and reconstitution of the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes as the Executive Board of the World Food Programme.

The CHAIRMAN suggested that the Committee should take note of the notes by the Secretary-General on the United Nations Population Award (A/50/132), Progress in the implementation of the global AIDS strategy (A/50/175-E/1995/57), and Revision of the general regulations of the World Food Programme and reconstitution of the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes as the Executive Board of the World Food Programme (A/50/706).

332. At its resumed organizational session for 1995, the Council adopted decision 1995/227 of 6 June 1995, by which it decided to recommend to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session the adoption of a draft resolution entitled " Revision of the General Regulations of the World Food Programme and reconstitution of the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes as the Executive Board of the World Food Programme " .
٢٣٣ - واعتمد المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، في دورته التنظيمية المستأنفة لعام ١٩٩٥، المقرر ٥٩٩١/٧٢٢ المؤرخ ٦ حزيران/يونيه ٥٩٩١، الذي قرر فيه أن يوصي الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين باعتماد مشروع قرار بعنوان " تنقيح اﻷنظمة العامة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي وإعادة تشكيل لجنة سياسات وبرامج المعونة الغذائية لتصبح المجلس التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي " .
