7. To demand that the United Nations, Security Council and Human Rights Council ensure that Israel honours the fourth Geneva Convention and the International Covenant on Civil Political Rights and facilitates visits by residents of the occupied Arab Syrian Golan of their families and relatives in the mother country Syria through the Qunaytirah crossing under the supervision of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
7 - مطالبة الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن ومجلس حقوق الإنسان، ضمان احترام إسرائيل لاتفاقية جنيف الرابعة، والعهد الدولي للحقوق المدنية والسياسية والعمل على تسهيل قيام سكان الجولان العربي السوري المحتل بزيارة أهليهم وأقاربهم في الوطن الأم سورية عبر معبر القنيطرة وبإشراف اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر.

The Committee welcomes the protection afforded to witnesses and relatives in the State party and the statement made by the delegation that this protection could be extended, in principle, to other persons that may be affected by the investigation (art. 12).
20- وتعرب اللجنة عن ترحيبها بتوفير الحماية للشهود وأقاربهم في الدولة الطرف، وعن ترحيبها بالبيان الذي أدلى به الوفد موضحاً أنه يمكن، من حيث المبدأ، توسيع نطاق تلك الحماية لتشمل الأشخاص الآخرين الذين قد يتأثرون بالتحقيق (المادة 12).

In resolution 13/5, the Council further called on Israel to cease " imposing Israeli citizenship and Israeli identity cards on the Syrian citizens in the occupied Syrian Golan " (para. 3) and to " allow the Syrian population of the occupied Syrian Golan to visit their families and relatives " in the Syrian Arab Republic (para. 4).
وفي القرار 13/5 دعا المجلس أيضا إسرائيل إلى التوقّف " عن فرض الجنسية الإسرائيلية وبطاقات الهوية الإسرائيلية على المواطنين السوريين في الجولان السوري المحتل " (الفقرة 3) و " السماح للسكان السوريين في الجولان السوري المحتل بزيارة أسرهم وأقاربهم " في الجمهورية العربية السورية (الفقرة 4).
