After the sixth preambular paragraph, a new paragraph should be added: " Stressing that the responsibility for managing worldwide economic and social issues, as well as threats to international peace and security, must be shared among the nations of the world and should be exercised multilaterally, and that in this regard the central role must be played by the United Nations, as the most universal and representative organization in the world " .
فبعد الفقرة السادسة من الديباجة، تدرج فقرة جديدة نصها كما يلي: " وإذ تشدد على أن المسؤولية عن إدارة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على الصعيد العالمي، وكذلك الأخطار التي يتعرض لها السلام والأمن الدوليان، يجب أن تتقاسمها جميع دول العالم، وأن يجري تحملها في إطار متعدد الأطراف، وفي هذا الصدد يجب أن يعهد بالدور المركزي إلى الأمم المتحدة، باعتبارها المنظمة الأكثر عالمية وتمثيلا في العالم " .
