4 - وأفعال العنف التي تُرتكب ضد الممثلين الدبلوماسيين والقنصليين وممثلي المنظمات الحكومية الدولية على الصعيد الدولي ليس لها ما يبررها إطلاقا، وهي تستحق الإدانة بأسلوب قوي.

“2. Strongly condemns acts of violence against diplomatic and consular missions and representatives, as well as against missions and representatives of international intergovernmental organizations and officials of such organizations, and emphasizes that such acts can never be justified;
" ٢ - تدين بقوة أعمال العنف المرتكبة ضد البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية والممثلين الدبلوماسيين والقنصليين وكذلك ضد بعثات وممثلي المنظمات الحكومية الدولية وموظفي تلك المنظمات، وتؤكد على أن تلك اﻷعمال لا يمكن تبريرها أبدا؛

It further stated that Venezuela had strictly implemented the principles and norms of international law governing diplomatic and consular relations and effectively ensured the protection, security and safety of the missions and representatives of international intergovernmental organizations officially accredited to the Government of Venezuela.
وذكرت كذلك أنها تنفذ مبادئ وقواعد القانون الدولي المنظمة للعلاقات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية بحذافيرها، وتكفل بصورة فعالة حماية بعثات وممثلي المنظمات الحكومية الدولية المعتمدة رسميا لدى حكومة فنزويلا، وأمنهم وسلامتهم.
