24- وللقضاء على مظاهر العنصرية وكره الأجانب ضد المهاجرين، يبرز إعلان ديربان أهمية توفير الأوضاع المؤدية إلى مزيد من الانسجام والتسامح والاحترام بين المهاجرين وبقية المجتمع في البلدان التي يوجدون بها.
