(أ) تعفى إيرادات المحكمة وأصولها وممتلكاتها الأخرى وعملياتها ومعاملاتها من جميع الضرائب المباشرة، وتعفى المحكمة من جميع الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب على مبيعات الواردات ومن تدابير الحظر والقيود التي تفرض على الواردات والصادرات وفيما يتعلق بمنشوراتها؛

(a) The Court's income, assets and other property and its operations shall be exempt from all direct taxes and the Court shall be exempt from all customs duties, import turnover taxes and prohibitions and restrictions on imports and exports;
