55. In its resolution 60/138 the General Assembly called for designing and revising laws to ensure that, where private ownership of land and property exists, rural women receive full and equal rights to own land and property.
55 - دعت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 60/138، إلى وضع وتنقيح القوانين لضمان منح المرأة الريفية، حيثما توجد ملكية خاصة للأراضي والعقارات، الحقوق الكاملة والمتساوية لتملك الأراضي وغيرها من العقارات.

(e) Reviewing and revising laws that treat women as legal minors;
)ﻫ( استعراض وتنقيح القوانين التي تعامل المرأة كقاصر من الناحية القانونية؛

(c) Identifying the root causes and factors leading to human trafficking, according to the region it occurred and adopting special strategies to address and prevent it; regularly reviewing and evaluating the existing legal capacity to prevent and combat trafficking with a view to adjusting and revising laws and practices incompatible with a victim-centred approach (Islamic Human Rights Commission - Islamic Republic of Iran);
(ج) تحديد الأسباب الجذرية والعوامل التي تؤدي إلى الاتجار بالأشخاص حسب المنطقة التي يحدث فيها، واعتماد استراتيجيات خاصة للتصدي للاتجار ومنعه بغية تعديل وتنقيح القوانين والممارسات التي لا تتطابق مع النهج الذي يركز على الضحايا (اللجنة الإسلامية لحقوق الإنسان - جمهورية إيران الإسلامية)؛
