Also decides that its next annual interactive debate on the rights of persons with disabilities will be held at its thirteenth session, and that it will focus on the structure and role of national mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities;

19. In its resolution 10/7, the Council requested the OHCHR to prepare a study to enhance awareness of the structure and role of national mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and to make it available on the OHCHR website, in an accessible format, prior to the thirteenth session.
19- طلب المجلس، في قراره 10/7، إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تعدّ دراسة لتعزيز الوعي بهيكل ودور الآليات الوطنية في تنفيذ ورصد اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وإتاحة الدراسة على موقع المفوضية على شبكة الإنترنت بشكل يسهل الاطلاع عليه وذلك قبل انعقاد الدورة الثالثة عشرة للمجلس.

41. The OHCHR thematic study on the structure and role of national mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of the Convention (A/HRC/13/29) was to be commended.

242. This decision by Mexico fulfils the spirit of both the Convention and the thematic study by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the structure and role of national mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of the Convention (A/HRC/13/29).

Welcomes the thematic study on the structure and role of national mechanisms in the implementation and monitoring of the Convention, prepared by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (A/HRC/13/29), and calls upon all stakeholders to consider the findings and recommendations of the study;

In resolution 10/7, the Human Rights Council decided that the next interactive debate on the rights of persons with disabilities would be held at its thirteenth session and that it would focus on the structure and role of national mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (the Convention).
وفي القرار 10/7، قرر مجلس حقوق الإنسان أن يجري حواره التفاعلي القادم بشأن حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في دورته الثالثة عشرة وأن يركز هذا الحوار على هيكل ودور الآليات الوطنية المعنية بتنفيذ اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة (الاتفاقية)، ورصد تنفيذها.

Pursuant to its resolution 10/7, the Council will hold the second annual interactive debate at its thirteenth session, with a focus on the structure and role of national mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of the Convention for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (see annex).
وعملاً بقراره 10/7، سيجري المجلس حواره التفاعلي السنوي الثاني في دورته الثالثة عشرة، على أن يركز هذا الحوار على هيكل ودور الآليات الوطنية المعنية بتنفيذ ورصد اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة (انظر المرفق).

54. Reference is made to a study prepared by OHCHR to enhance awareness of the structure and role of national mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (A/HRC/13/29) (see also paragraph 19 above).
