On behalf of the Government of Viet Nam, the event was co-organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Viet Nam.
