6 - الوقاية الصحية والسلامة في مكان العمل

200. Concerning working conditions, the Labour Code contains provisions on health and safety in the workplace.
٠٠٢- وفيما يتعلق بظروف العمل، فإن قانون العمل يتضمن أحكاما بشأن الصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل.

This Act grants wide powers to trade unions: they have the right to supervise and monitor health and safety in the workplace, maintain technical inspectorates for that purpose, hear reports from managers of businesses, and require State bodies and businesses to dismiss managers who violate occupational safety requirements.
ويمنح هذا القانون سلطات واسعة لنقابات العمال: فلها الحق في الإشراف على الصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل ورصدهما، واستخدام مفتشين تقنيين لهذا الغرض، والاستماع إلى تقارير من مدراء المؤسسات، ومطالبة هيئات الدولة والمؤسسات بطرد المدراء الذين ينتهكون اشتراطات السلامة المهنية.

125. The governmental bodies responsible for ensuring health and safety in the workplace are the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Health, Ministry of National Education and the Turkish Statistical Institute.

27. Following an obligation under article 67 of the Agreement on the European Economic Area the following regulations have been issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs on the basis of article 34 of the Working Environment, Health and safety in the workplace Act, No. 46 of 1980:

29. On the basis of article 43 of the Working Environment, Health and safety in the workplace Act, No. 46 of 1980, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is drafting regulations on the minimum safety and health requirements for workplaces.
٩٢- واستناداً إلى المادة ٣٤ من قانون بيئة العمل والصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل رقم ٦٤ لعام ٠٨٩١، تقوم إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنيتين بتصميم لوائح بشأن المتطلبات الدنيا من السلامة والصحة في أماكن العمل.

In addition, article 11 (1)(f) of the Convention was breached by the failure to protect the author's rights to health and safety in the workplace.

127. The Commission's task is to study problems of health and safety in the workplace and to make suggestions and provide opinions concerning regulation of these issues, and on the general pattern and implementation of the national policy for the prevention of occupational risks.
127- ومهمة هذه اللجنة دراسة المشكلات المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة في العمل ووضع مقترحات وإبداء آراء عن تنظيم هذه المسائل، إلى جانب توجيه السياسة القومية للوقاية من الأخطار المهنية وتطبيق هذه السياسة.

126. The Department of Health and Safety at Work and the labour inspectorates have a duty to require the owners of workshops or factories and other workplaces to comply with the regulations in force on minimum conditions of health and safety in the workplace, in order to guarantee adequate conditions enabling employers and workers to perform their tasks.
126- وعلى إدارة شؤون الصحة والسلامة في العمل ومفتشيات العمل أن توجب على أصحاب المشاغل أو المصانع وغيرها من أماكن العمل امتثال الأنظمة النافذة بشأن شروط الصحة والسلامة الدنيا في مكان العمل، بغية ضمان شروط مناسبة تمكن أرباب العمل والعاملين من أداء مهامهم.

104. In October 1996 the Minister of Social Affairs introduced a bill to the Parliament in order to amend chapter X of the Law Concerning Working Environment Health and safety in the workplace No. 46 of 1980.
٤٠١- وفي تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ٦٩٩١ قدم وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية إلى البرلمان مشروع قانون لتعديل الفصل العاشر من القانون الخاص ببيئة العمل وصحة مكان العمل وسلامته رقم ٦٤ لعام ٠٨٩١.
