وعلى الدولة التي تجري التحقيق المنصوص عليه في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة أن تبلغ تلك الدول الأطراف على الفور بالنتائج التي توصلت إليها وأن تبين ما إن كانت تعتزم ممارسة الولاية القضائية.

وعلى الدولة التي تجري التحقيق الأولي الذي تتوخاه الفقرة 2 من هذه المادة أن ترفع فوراً ما توصلت إليه من النتائج إلى الدول المذكورة مع الإفصاح عما إذا كان في نيتها ممارسة ولايتها القضائية.
