The Committee urges the State party to take all the appropriate measures for the physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of child victims of offences under the Optional Protocol. In particular, the Committee urges the State party to:
36- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة من أجل التعافي النفسي والجسدي وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول الاختياري، وتحث اللجنة، بوجه خاص، الدولة الطرف على ما يلي:

Promote physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of child victims of armed conflicts;
تشجيع التأهيل البدني والنفسي وإعادة الاندماج الاجتماعي للأطفال ضحايا النزاعات المسلحة؛

It recommended that Eritrea undertake a comprehensive study on children victims of sexual exploitation and abuse, carry out awareness-raising educational measures to prevent and eliminate sexual exploitation, train professionals working in the field of juvenile justice, ensure adequate resources and implement a comprehensive policy for the prevention, recovery and social reintegration of child victims.
وقد أوصت اللجنة بأن تجري إريتريا دراسة شاملة بخصوص الأطفال ضحايا الاستغلال والاعتداء الجنسيين، وبأن تتخذ تدابير ترمي إلى التوعية وإلى منع الاستغلال الجنسي والقضاء عليه، وبأن تقدم التدريب إلى المهنيين العاملين في مجال قضاء الأحداث، وتكفل توفير الموارد الكافية وتنفذ سياسة شاملة لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة، وأن تضمن تعافي الأطفال الضحايا وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع(60).

While welcoming the National Plan of Action on Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children, CRC recommended the allocation of sufficient resources for the implementation of appropriate policies and programmes for the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, and the recovery and social reintegration of child victims.
٢٩- وبينما رحبت لجنة حقوق الطفل بخطة العمل الوطنية لمكافحة استغلال الأطفال جنسياً لأغراض تجارية، أوصت بتخصيص ما يكفي من الموارد لتنفيذ السياسات والبرامج المناسبة لمنع الاستغلال والاعتداء الجنسيين، وتحقيق التعافي للأطفال الضحايا وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً(55).

It acknowledged actions introduced to ensure non-discrimination, efforts to prevent gender-based violence and punish its perpetrators, and ongoing efforts to combat child exploitation and ensure the physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of child victims.
وأقرت بالإجراءات المتخذة لضمان عدم التمييز، والجهود المبذولة لمنع العنف القائم على نوع الجنس ومعاقبة مرتكبيه، والجهود الجارية لمكافحة استغلال الأطفال وضمان التأهيل البدني والنفسي وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للأطفال الضحايا.

Special programmes should be set up to promote physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of child victims of any form of neglect, abuse, exploitation, torture or ill-treatment in an environment that fosters the health, self-respect and dignity of the child, in the light of article 39 of the Convention.
وينبغي إعداد برامج خاصة لتشجيع التأهيل البدني والنفسي وإعادة الاندماج الاجتماعي للطفل الذي يقع ضحية أي شكل من أشكال اﻹهمال أو اﻹساءة أو الاستغلال أو سوء المعاملة، وأن يجري ذلك في بيئة تعزز صحة الطفل واحترامه لذاته وكرامته، في ضوء المادة ٩٣ من الاتفاقية.

The Committee, in the light of article 7 of the Optional Protocol, recommends that the State party take all appropriate measures to ensure rehabilitation and social reintegration of child victims of acts contrary to the Optional Protocol.
36- وفي ضوء المادة 7 من البروتوكول الاختياري توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تتخذ كل التدابير المناسبة لضمان إعادة التأهيل وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للأطفال ضحايا أفعال منافية للبروتوكول الاختياري.

The Committee encourages the State party to support multilateral and bilateral activities to address the rights of the child involved in armed conflict, in particular by promoting preventive measures as well as physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of child victims of acts contrary to the Optional Protocol.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على دعم الأنشطة المتعددة الأطراف والثنائية الأطراف لحماية حقوق الأطفال المشتركين في نزاعات مسلحة، وبخاصة عن طريق تعزيز التدابير الوقائية وتدابير التعافي البدني والنفسي وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للأطفال ضحايا الأفعال المنافية للبروتوكول الاختياري.

The Committee urges the Holy See to take all appropriate measures for the physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of child victims of all offences under the Optional Protocol, and to ensure that those measures are taken in an environment that fosters the self-respect and dignity of the child.
36- تحث اللجنة الكرسي الرسولي على اتخاذ جميع التدابير الملائمة لتحقيق التعافي البدني والنفسي وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للأطفال ضحايا جميع الجرائم التي يشملها البروتوكول الاختياري، والتأكد من تنفيذ تلك التدابير في بيئة تُعزز احترام الطفل الذاتي وكرامته.

40. The Committee urges the State party to take all appropriate measures for the physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of child victims of all offences under the Optional Protocol, and ensure that those measures take place in an environment that fosters the self-respect and dignity of the child.
40- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ جميع التدابير الملائمة لتحقيق التعافي البدني والنفسي وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للأطفال ضحايا جميع الجرائم التي يشملها البروتوكول الاختياري، وضمان تنفيذ تلك التدابير في بيئة تُعزز احترام الطفل الذاتي وكرامته.

Social welfare institutions and juvenile education and guidance centres are engaged in promoting physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of child victims of any form of neglect, exploitation or abuse.
175- وتقوم مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية ودور تربية وتوجيه الأحداث بعمليات التأهيل البدني والنفسي وإعادة الاندماج الاجتماعي للأطفال ضحايا أي شكل من أشكال الاهمال أو الاستغلال أو الإساءة.

17. Please indicate whether special training, particularly legal and psychological, is provided to persons working in the area of recovery and social reintegration of child victims of the offences under the Optional Protocol
