واتفق الاجتماع على أنه ينبغي لـه أن يقدم مساهمة تنظر فيها اللجنة العلمية والتقنية الفرعية أثناء السنة النهائية لخطة العمل.

The Secretary briefed the participants on the progress made in the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and its Scientific and Technical Subcommittee in the implementation of the recommendations of UNISPACE III through the establishment of action teams.
35- أعلم أمين الاجتماع المشاركين بالتقدم الذي تم في لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي للأغراض السلمية ولجنتها العلمية والتقنية الفرعية في مجال تنفيذ توصيات مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية عن طريق إنشاء أفرقة عمل.

29. The Meeting also noted the desire of participating United Nations entities to find ways to keep the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space fully informed about their important ongoing space activities.
29- ولاحظ الاجتماع أيضا رغبة كيانات الأمم المتحدة المشاركة في ايجاد طرق لتزويد اللجنة العلمية والتقنية الفرعية للجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية باستمرار بمعلومات كاملة عن أهم أنشطتها الفضائية الجارية.

30. The Meeting therefore agreed to invite the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space to consider requesting annual reports from United Nations entities on specific themes.
30- ولذا، اتفق الاجتماع على أن يدعو اللجنة العلمية والتقنية الفرعية للجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية إلى أن تنظر في امكانية أن تطلب من كيانات الأمم المتحدة تقديم تقارير سنوية عن مواضيع محددة.

34. The Meeting also recalled that, on the basis of a proposal made in 2003, the Committee and its Scientific and Technical Subcommittee had invited United Nations entities to submit annual reports to the Subcommittee on specific themes.
34- كما استذكر الاجتماع أنّ اللجنة واللجنة الفرعية التقنية التابعة لها دعتا، بناء على اقتراح في عام 2003، كيانات الأمم المتحدة إلى تقديم تقارير سنوية عن مواضيع محدّدة إلى اللجنة الفرعية.

13. Reiterates the obligation of Iraq, in furtherance of its commitment to facilitate the repatriation of all Kuwaiti and third country nationals referred to in paragraph 30 of resolution 687 (1991), to extend all necessary cooperation to the International Committee of the Red Cross, and calls upon the Government of Iraq to resume cooperation with the Tripartite Commission and Technical Subcommittee established to facilitate work on this issue;
١٣ - يكرر تأكيد التزام العراق، وفاء بتعهﱡده بتيسير إعادة جميع الكويتيين ورعايا البلدان الثالثة المشار إليهم في الفقرة ٣٠ من القرار ٦٨٧ )١٩٩١( إلى أوطانهم، بإبداء جميع أوجه التعاون اللازم مع لجنة الصليب اﻷحمر الدولية، ويدعو حكومة العراق إلى استئناف التعاون مع اللجنة الثلاثية واللجنة الفرعية التقنية المنشأة لتيسير العمل في هذا المجال؛
