٧ - يرحب بالتدابير الاضافية التي نفذتها بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في جورجيا وقوة حفظ السلام التابعة لرابطة الدول المستقلة في منطقة غالي والرامية إلى تحسين اﻷحوال من أجل العودة اﻵمنة والمنظمة للاجئين والمشردين؛

8. Calls upon the parties to improve their cooperation with UNOMIG and the CIS peace-keeping force in order to provide a secure environment for the return of refugees and displaced persons and also calls upon them to honour their commitments with regard to the security and freedom of movement of all United Nations and CIS personnel;
٨ - يطلب إلى الطرفين تحسين تعاونهما مع بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في جورجيا وقوة حفظ السلام التابعة لرابطة الدول المستقلة بغية تهيئة بيئة آمنة لعودة اللاجئين والمشردين، ويطلب أيضا اليهما الوفاء بالتزاماتهما فيما يتعلق بأمن جميع أفراد اﻷمم المتحدة ورابطة الدول المستقلة وحرية حركتهم؛
