Promoting the involvement of the regional commissions in the preparation of the United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) and the country strategy note (CSN) would call for the regional commissions’ more actively making known their specific capacities to provide support to the UNDAF process under the lead role of the United Nations Development Group.
١٢ - إن تشجيع مشاركة اللجان اﻹقليمية في إعداد إطار اﻷمم المتحدة للمساعدة اﻹنمائية ومذكرة الاستراتيجية القطرية سيقتضي من اللجان اﻹقليمية أن توضح بشكل أنشط قدراتها المحددة على تقديم الدعم إلى عملية إطار اﻷمم المتحدة للمساعدة اﻹنمائية في ظل الدور القيادي لفريق اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي.

Guidelines on inter-agency coordination processes within the framework of those already issued by ACC in regard to the Resident Coordinator system need to be elaborated for the field level, as well as for such programming processes as the Programme Approach and the country strategy Note, and for the relationship among those processes and master plans and CPFs.
٤٩ - ويلزم تطوير المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بعمليات التنسيق فيما بين الوكالات داخل إطار المبادئ التوجيهية التي أصدرتها فعلا لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية فيما يتصل بنظام المنسقين المقيمين، على الصعيد الميداني، وكذلك عمليات البرمجة مثل النهج البرنامجي ومذكرة الاستراتيجية القطرية والعلاقة بين تلك العمليات والخطط الرئيسية وأطر البرمجة القطرية.
