١٥ - يطالب بأن يفي العراق، دون قيد أو شرط، بجميع التزاماته المقررة بموجب اﻵلية الموافق عليها بموجب هذا القرار، وأن يتعاون تماما مع اللجنة الخاصة والمدير العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في تنفيذ مهامهما المقررة بموجب هذا القرار واﻵلية بالوسائل التي يحددانها وفقا لولايتيهما الصادرتين من المجلس؛

The Group reaffirms the statutory role of the Board of Governors and the Director General of the IAEA in relation to States' compliance with safeguards agreements, and underscores the importance of the Agency's access to the United Nations Security Council and to other relevant organs of the United Nations, particularly though not exclusively in cases of non-compliance.
وتؤكد المجموعة من جديد الدور القانوني الذي يضطلع به مجلس محافظي الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية ومديرها العام فيما يتصل بامتثال الدول لاتفاقات الضمانات، وتؤكد أهمية اتصال الوكالة بمجلس الأمن في الأمم المتحدة والأجهزة الأخرى ذات الصلة التابعة للأمم المتحدة، وبصفة خاصة، ولكن ليس على وجه الحصر، وفي حالات عدم الامتثال.

12. Calls upon all States and international organizations to cooperate fully with the Committee established under resolution 661 (1990), the Special Commission and the Director General of the IAEA in the fulfilment of their tasks in connection with the mechanism, including supplying such information as may be sought by them in implementation of the mechanism;
١٢ - يطلب من جميع الدول والمنظمات الدولية التعاون تماما مع اللجنة المنشأة بموجب القرار ٦٦١ )١٩٩٠( واللجنة الخاصة والمدير العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في تنفيذ مهامهم المتصلة باﻵلية، بما في ذلك توفير المعلومات التي قد يطلبونها تنفيذا لﻵلية؛

Decides to consolidate the periodic requirements for progress reports under its resolutions 699 (1991), 715 (1991) and this resolution and to request the Secretary-General and the Director General of the IAEA to submit such consolidated progress reports every six months to the Council, commencing on 11 April 1996;
١٦ - يقـرر أن يدمـج الاحتياجـات الدوريـة مـن التقاريـر المرحليـة المطلوبـة بموجـب قراريـه ٦٩٩ )١٩٩١( و ٧١٥ )١٩٩١( وبموجب هذا القرار، وأن يطلب إلى اﻷمين العام والمدير العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية أن يقدما هذه التقارير المرحلية المدمجة كل ستة أشهر إلى المجلس، بدءا من ١١ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٦؛

The Executive Chairman and the Director General of the IAEA travelled to Baghdad on 18 November, together with an advance team of about 30 persons from the two organizations, to discuss the practical implementation of inspections, in particular pursuant to resolution 1441 (2002).

وإذ يلاحظ الرسالتيــن اللتين وجههمــا رئيس مجلس اﻷمــن في ١٨ آب/أغسطس ٨٩٩١ إلى الرئيس التنفيذي للجنة الخاصة والمدير العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية S/1998/769) و S/1998/768( وأعرب فيهما عن دعم مجلس اﻷمن الكامل لهاتين المنظمتين في تنفيذ مجمل اﻷنشطة المنوطة بهما، بما فيها أنشطة التفتيش،

6. Decides that the notifications required under paragraph 5 above shall be provided to the joint unit by Iraq, in respect of all items and technologies referred to in paragraph 12 of the mechanism, as from the date agreed upon between the Special Commission and the Director General of the IAEA and Iraq, and in any event not later than sixty days after the adoption of this resolution;
٦ - يقـرر أن تقــدم اﻹخطارات المطلوبة بموجب الفقرة ٥ أعلاه إلى الوحدة المشتركة من العراق، فيما يتعلق بجميع اﻷصناف والتكنولوجيات المشار إليها في الفقرة ١٢ من اﻵلية، اعتبارا من التاريخ المتفق عليه بين اللجنة الخاصة والمدير العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية والعراق، وعلى أي حال في موعد لا يتجاوز ستين يوما بعد اتخاذ هذا القرار؛
