The signing in January 2009 of a memorandum of understanding between UNIDO and the Eurasian Economic Community (EURASEC) was a good example of cooperation with regional bodies. He hoped that the agreement would lead to practical and fruitful cooperation in areas of mutual interest, particularly energy, the introduction of innovative technologies and the effective use of water resources.

In that regard, the Russian Federation was working with the members of the Commonwealth of Independent States and other regional players such as the Council of Europe and the Eurasian Economic Community.
وفي هذا الصدد، يعمل الاتحاد الروسي بالتعاون مع أعضاء رابطة الدول المستقلة والمؤسسات الإقليمية الأخرى كمجلس أوروبا والجماعة الاقتصادية الأوراسية.

In that context, it welcomed the memorandum of understanding signed in January 2009 between UNIDO and the Eurasian Economic Community and commended the willingness of the Russian Federation to provide funds for the implementation of the memorandum.
وفي هذا السياق، ترحب بيلاروس بمذكرة التفاهم بين اليونيدو والجماعة الاقتصادية والمنطقة الأوروبية الآسيوية التي وُقِّع عليها في كانون الثاني/ يناير 2009، وتُثني على رغبة الإتحاد الروسي في توفير أموال لتنفيذ تلك المذكرة.
