Listed below are the recommendations for consideration by Congress and the Executive Council.
وترد أدناه ثلاث توصيات لكي ينظر فيها المؤتمر والمجلس التنفيذي.

It shall carry out the other functions entrusted to it under this Convention as well as those functions delegated to it by the Conference and the Executive Council.

٣- يكون ]المدير العام[ مسؤولا أمام المؤتمر والمجلس التنفيذي عن تعيين الموظفين وتنظيم اﻷمانة وسير العمل فيها.

وعليها في ذلك أن تعمل وفقا لتوصيات المؤتمر والمجلس التنفيذي وقرارتهما ومبادئهما التوجيهية وأن تكفل تنفيذها على نحو مستمر وسليم.

10. The Director-General shall be responsible to the Conference and the Executive Council for the appointment of the staff and for the organization and functioning of the Technical Secretariat.
٠١- يكون المدير العام مسؤولا أمام المؤتمر والمجلس التنفيذي عن تعيين الموظفين وتنظيم اﻷمانة الفنية وسير العمل فيها.
