2. Encourage States, competent international organizations, entities and other relevant stakeholders to take into account the present Declaration and the International Guiding Principles on Alternative Development when designing and implementing alternative development strategies and programmes;
2 - نشجع الدول والمنظمات الدولية المختصة والكيانات المعنية وسائر الجهات المعنية على أن تأخذ في الاعتبار هذا الإعلان والمبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة عند وضع استراتيجيات وبرامج للتنمية البديلة وتنفيذها؛

3. Decides to adopt the aforementioned Lima Declaration on Alternative Development and the International Guiding Principles on Alternative Development as the United Nations Guiding Principles on Alternative Development, annexed to the present resolution;
3- تقرِّر اعتمادَ إعلان ليما بشأن التنمية البديلة والمبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة المشار إليهما أعلاه والمرفقين بهذا القرار، باعتبار تلك المبادئ مبادئ الأمم المتحدة الإرشادية بشأن التنمية البديلة؛

In the same resolution, the Commission requested the Executive Director of UNODC to report to the Commission at its fifty-sixth session on the outcome of the Conference and the International Guiding Principles on alternative development, including the deliberations and recommendations of the Conference.
وفي القرار نفسه، طلبت اللجنة إلى المدير التنفيذي لمكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة أن يقدِّم إليها في دورتها السادسة والخمسين تقريراً عن نتائج المؤتمر والمبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة، يُضمِّنه المداولات التي جرت في المؤتمر والتوصيات المنبثقة منه.

Member States attending the Conference unanimously adopted the Lima Declaration and the International Guiding Principles on Alternative Development, which are contained in the annex to the present document.
4- واعتمدت الدول الأعضاء التي حضرت المؤتمر بالإجماع إعلان ليما والمبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة، وهما مرفقان بهذه الوثيقة.

The outcome of the Conference was the adoption of the Lima Declaration on Alternative Development and the International Guiding Principles on Alternative Development, which contain both policy and technical guidance for Member States and international organizations on alternative development.
وكانت نتيجة المؤتمر اعتماد إعلان ليما بشأن التنمية البديلة والمبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة التي تتضمن على حد سواء سياسات وإرشادات تقنية للدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة.
