B. Remuneration and retirement benefits for the members of the International Court of Justice ,and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda

7. Decides that the emoluments, pensions, and other conditions of service for the members of the International Court of Justice, the judges of the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and the judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda shall be reviewed at its fifty-sixth session;
٧ - تقرر أن تستعرض في دورتها السادسة والخمسين اﻷجور والمعاشات التقاعدية وغير ذلك من شروط خدمة أعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية، وقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة، وقضاة المحكمة الدولية لرواندا؛

1. The Secretary-General is responsible for undertaking periodic reviews of the conditions of service of the members of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR).
أولا - مقدمة 1 - يعتبر الأمين العام هو المسؤول عن إجراء استعراضات دورية لشروط خدمة أعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة وقضاة المحكمة الدولية لرواندا.

In view of the above, the Secretary-General proposes that the review of the pension schemes for the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda be postponed until the sixty-sixth session of the General Assembly.
وفي ضوء ما سبق، يقترح الأمين العام إرجاء استعراض نظم المعاشات التقاعدية لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا حتى الدورة السادسة والستين للجمعية العامة.

Accordingly, the Secretary-General proposes that the review of the pension schemes for the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda be postponed until the sixty-sixth session of the General Assembly.
وبالتالي، يقترح الأمين العام إرجاء استعراض نظم المعاشات التقاعدية لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا حتى الدورة السادسة والستين للجمعية العامة.

The relevant parts of the Convention that referred to the Meeting of States Parties were annexes II and VI, which required the Meeting to elect the members of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, as well as to determine the budget of the Tribunal.
فالملحقان الثاني والسادس هما جزءا الاتفاقية اللذان يشيران إلى اجتماع الدول الأطراف، ويقتضيان من الاجتماع انتخاب أعضاء لجنة حدود الجرف القاري وقضاة المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار وتحديد ميزانية المحكمة.

IV. Analysis of current retirement benefits provided to the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda

5. Also approves the travel and subsistence regulations for the judges of the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and the judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda contained in annex III to the report of the Secretary-General;A/52/520.
٥ - توافق أيضا على أنظمة السفر واﻹقامة الخاصة بقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة وقضاة المحكمة الدولية لرواندا الواردة في المرفق الثالث لتقرير اﻷمين العام)١٨(؛

Decides that the conditions of service and remuneration for the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda and the ad litem judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia shall next be reviewed at its fifty-ninth session.

In paragraph 2 of its resolution 56/285, the General Assembly decided that the conditions of service and remuneration for the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda and the ad litem judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia should next be reviewed at the fifty-ninth session of the Assembly.

12. 49. The Secretary-General proposes that no change be effected with the assistance of education costs for the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals on the occasion of this periodic review.
49 - يقترح الأمين العام عدم إدخال أي تغيير على تقديم المساعدة فيما يتعلق بتكاليف التعليم لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا وآلية تصريف الأعمال المتبقية للمحكمتين الجنائيتين الدوليتين بمناسبة إجراء هذا الاستعراض الدوري.

51. The Secretary-General proposes that no change be effected in the relocation allowance of the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals on the occasion of this periodic review.
51 - يقترح الأمين العام عدم إدخال أي تغيير على بدل الانتقال لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا وآلية تصريف الأعمال المتبقية للمحكمتين الجنائيتين الدوليتين بمناسبة إجراء هذا الاستعراض الدوري.

His delegation was paying close attention to the comprehensive review of the pension schemes for members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (A/66/617).

Takes note that the review of the pension benefits of the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda will take place at its sixty-sixth session, including options for defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes;
4 - تحيط علما بأن استعراض استحقاقات التقاعد لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا سيجرى في دورتها السادسة والستين، بما في ذلك الخيارات المتعلقة بنظم المعاشات التقاعدية المحددة الاستحقاقات ونظم المعاشات التقاعدية المحددة الاشتراكات؛

16. The Advisory Committee notes that, under the second option, the annual salaries of members of the Court and the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia would be $274,744 and that the annual salaries of the judges of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda would be $239,534.
