73. The General Assembly, in section VIII of its resolution 53/214, approved revisions in the emoluments of the members of ICJ and the judges of the Tribunals with effect as from 1 January 1999.
73 - ووافقت الجمعية العامة، في الجزء ثامنا من قرارها 53/214 على التنقيحات التي أدخلت على أجور أعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمتين الدوليتين اعتبارا من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 1999.

84. In reviewing the level of annual remuneration, it is recalled that the emoluments of the members of the Court and the judges of the Tribunals have remained at $160,000 since January 1999.
84 - في استعراض مستوى الأجر السنوي، ينبغي التذكير بأن أجور أعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمتين الدوليتين قد ظلت في مستواها البالغ 000 160 دولار منذ كانون الثاني/يناير 1999.

97. The Secretary-General proposes that any increase in the annual emoluments decided upon for the members of the Court and the judges of the Tribunals also be extended to the ad litem judges of the Tribunals, effective 1 January 2005.

4. Decides to increase the annual salary of the members of the Court and the judges of the Tribunals by 6.3 per cent effective 1 January 2005, as an interim measure and pending a decision based on the report requested in paragraph 8 below;
4 - تقرر زيادة الراتب السنوي لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة محكمتي يوغوسلافيا السابقة ورواندا بنسبة 6.3 في المائة اعتبارا من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2005، كتدبير مؤقت ريثما يُتخذ قرار بناء على التقرير المطلوب تقديمه في الفقرة 8 أدناه؛

The Committee further notes from paragraph 15 of the Secretary-General's report that the General Assembly is the sole authority to determine the conditions of service and the pension benefits of the members of the Court and the judges of the Tribunals.
وتلاحظ اللجنة كذلك من الفقرة 15 من تقرير الأمين العام أن الجمعية العامة هي السلطة الوحيدة التي يعود إليها تحديد شروط الخدمة واستحقاقات المعاشات التقاعدية لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمتين.

By its decision 66/556 B, the Assembly decided to defer its review of the pension schemes for the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the Tribunals until the sixty-eighth session.
وقررت الجمعية، في مقررها 66/556 - باء، إرجاء استعراضها لنظم المعاشات التقاعدية لأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمتين الدوليتين ليوغوسلافيا السابقة ورواندا إلى الدورة الثامنة والستين.

20. As mentioned in paragraph 12 above, the General Assembly decided, in paragraph 10 of its resolution 61/262, to maintain, as an interim measure, the retirement benefits of the members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the Tribunals at the level resulting from the annual base salary decided in section III of its resolution 59/282, which amounted to $170,080.

In his report (A/57/587), the Secretary-General proposed to establish conditions of service applicable to the ad litem judges of ICTR based on the provisions of General Assembly resolution 56/285, on the emoluments and other conditions of service of the members of ICJ and the judges of the Tribunals as well as the ad litem judges of ICTY.
واقترح الأمين العام في تقريره (A/57/587) إحداث شروط الخدمة المنطبقة على القضاة المخصصين في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا على أساس أحكام قرار الجمعية العامة 56/285، بشأن الأجور وغيرها من شروط الخدمة المتعلقة بأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمتين الدوليتين والقضاة المخصصين للمحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة.

8. In response to General Assembly resolution 59/282 of 13 April 2005, the Secretary-General in his report (A/61/554) sets out proposals relating to increases in (a) the annual salary of the judges, (b) the special allowance of the President and Vice-President when acting as President, (c) education costs, and (d) pension payments in respect of members of the International Court of Justice and the judges of the Tribunals.
8 - واستجابة لقرار الجمعية العامة 59/282 المؤرخ 13 نيسان/أبريل 2005، طرح الأمين العام في تقريره (A/61/554) مقترحات تتعلق بزيادات في: (أ) المرتبات السنوية للقضـاة، (ب) والبدل الخاص للرئيس ولنائب الرئيس عند قيامه بعمل الرئيس، (ج) وتكاليف التعليم، (د) ومدفوعات المعاشات التقاعدية المتعلقة بأعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وقضاة المحكمتين الدوليتين.
