Urges States to enact and strictly enforce laws to ensure that marriage is entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses, to enact and strictly enforce laws concerning the minimum legal age of consent and the minimum age for marriage and to raise the minimum age for marriage where necessary;
٧ - تحث الدول على سن قوانين تكفل عدم إتمام الزواج إلا بالموافقة الحرة والكاملة للزوجين المعنيين، وسن قوانين تتعلق بالحد اﻷدنى للسن القانونية للموافقة والحد اﻷدنى لسن الزواج ورفع الحد اﻷدنى لسن الزواج عند اللزوم، وإنفاذ هذه القوانين بكل دقة؛

٥ - تحث الدول على سن قوانين تكفل عدم إجراء الزواج إلا بالموافقة الحرة والكاملة للزوجين المعنيين وإنفاذها بكل دقة، وسن قوانين تتعلق بالحد اﻷدنى للسن القانونية للموافقة والحد اﻷدنى لسن الزواج ورفع الحد اﻷدنى لسن الزواج عند اللزوم وإنفاذ هذه القوانين بكل دقة؛

(i) To adopt all necessary measures to close the gap between the schoolleaving age and the minimum age for employment, including by raising the minimum age for employment and/or raising the schoolleaving age when necessary, and to ensure access to free basic education and, wherever possible and appropriate, vocational training for all children liberated from the worst forms of child labour;
(ط) أن تتخذ كافة التدابير الضرورية لسد الفجوة بين سن ترك المدرسة والسن الدنيا للالتحاق بالعمل، ومنها رفع السن الدنيا للالتحاق بالعمل و/أو رفع سن ترك المدرسة إذا لزم الأمر، والعمل على ضمان الوصول إلى التعليم الأساسي المجاني وإلى التدريب المهني، كلما كان ذلك ممكناً ومناسباً، لجميع الأطفال المعتقين من أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال؛
