وفي ١١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر، رافقت المفوضية وبعثة المراقبين أول مجموعة تضم ١٦ من اﻷفراد المشردين العائدين إلى لوديا.

- Both parties agree on modalities for the demilitarization of the common border and provide details of this plan to the facilitators and the Observer Mission.

The broad and repetitive nature of these crimes and the availability of public reports on such crimes by international media broadcasting in Arabic, United Nations human rights mechanisms and the Observer Mission of the League of Arab States all indicate that military commanders and civilian superiors at the highest levels must have had knowledge of such events.
فالطابع الواسع النطاق والمتكرر لهذه الجرائم وما يتوافر بشأنها من تقارير علنية أعدتها وسائط الإعلام الدولية التي تبث باللغة العربية وآليات الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان وبعثة المراقبين التابعة لجامعة الدول العربية كلها أمور تدل على أن القادة العسكريين والرؤساء المدنيين على أعلى المستويات لا بد أنهم كانوا على معرفة بهذه الأحداث.

Welcoming, in this context, the contribution that the peacekeeping force and the Observer Mission have made to stabilizing the situation in the zone of conflict, noting that the cooperation between the Observer Mission and the peacekeeping force is good and has continued to develop, and stressing the importance of continued close cooperation and coordination between them in the performance of their respective mandates,
