2. Requests the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to forward, at its earliest convenience, the list mentioned in the preceding paragraph and the present resolution to the Coordinator for the Second Decade;

52. Members of the Bureau should be entrusted with safeguarding and passing on to the next session of the Council the working methods that have proved successful and the overall experience acquired in implementing resolution 48/162 and the present resolution, taking into account the rules of procedure of the Council.
٥٢ - يُعهد الى أعضاء المكتب مهمة المحافظة على طرق عمل المجلس التي يثبت نجاحها والخبرة العامة المكتسبة من تنفيذ القرار ٤٨/١٦٢ وهذا القرار وإتاحتهما الى الدورة التالية للمجلس، مع أخذ النظام الداخلي للمجلس في الاعتبار.

19 - تطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا مرحليا إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الستين عن تنفيذ كافة القرارات المتعلقة بتنشيط أعمالها، بما فيها القراران 58/126 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003 و 58/316 وهذا القرار.

8. Takes note of the reports of the Secretary-General, A/53/382, A/53/383 and A/53/129-E/1998/58. and, taking into account the promotion of integrated reporting, requests the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its fifty-fourth session a report on the implementation of the outcome of the twentieth special session and the present resolution.
٨ - تحيط علما بتقارير اﻷمين العام)١٧(، وتطلب إليه، مع وضع التشجيع على إعداد التقارير المتكاملة في الاعتبار، أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة، في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين، تقريرا عن تنفيذ النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدورة الاستثنائية العشرون وعن تنفيذ هذا القرار.

115. Recalls that nothing in the paragraphs of resolution 61/105 and the present resolution addressing the impacts of bottom fishing on vulnerable marine ecosystems prejudices the sovereign rights of coastal States over their continental shelf or the exercise of the jurisdiction of coastal States with respect to their continental shelf under international law as reflected in the Convention, in particular article 77;
115 - تشير إلى أنه ليس في فقرات قرارها 61/105 وفقرات هذا القرار التي تتناول آثار الصيد في قاع البحار على النظم الإيكولوجية البحرية الهشة ما يخل بالحقوق السيادية للدول الساحلية على جرفها القاري أو بممارسة الولاية القضائية للدول الساحلية إزاء جرفها القاري بموجب القانون الدولي على النحو المبين في الاتفاقية، وبخاصة المادة 77 منها؛

In operative paragraph 22, the Secretary-General is asked to take fully into account the requirements under the Convention and the present resolution in the preparation of an integrated programme on ocean affairs and law of the sea, which should be duly reflected in the proposed programme budget and the medium-term plan.
