23.23 The seven working groups and the Social Forum established by the Subcommission are:

In the same resolution, the Council declared that it would decide at its sixth session on the most appropriate mechanisms to continue the work of the Working Groups on Indigenous Populations; on Contemporary Forms of Slavery; on Minorities; and the Social Forum (annex, para. 84).

Public monitoring is carried out by human rights organizations (such as the SOVA Centre for Information and Analysis, the Moscow Bureau for Human Rights, and the organization Memorial), religious bodies, ethnic cultural associations and the Social Forum of the Russian Federation.
ويقوم بالرصد العام منظمات حقوق الإنسان (مثل مركز سوفا للمعلومات والتحليل ومكتب موسكو لحقوق الإنسان ومنظمة ميموريال) والهيئات الدينية والجمعيات الثقافية الإثنية والمنتدى الاجتماعي للاتحاد الروسي.

Greater use of social media, videoconferencing technology, the inclusion of older women and men as panellists and in delegations of Member States at the Commission for Social Development, the Open-ended Working Group on Ageing and the Social Forum of the Human Rights Council in April 2014 would help to reduce these barriers.
فالتوسع في استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتكنولوجيا التداول بالفيديو، وإشراك كبار السن من النساء والرجال كأعضاء في حلقات النقاش وفي وفود الدول الأعضاء إلى لجنة التنمية الاجتماعية، والفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية المعني بالشيخوخة، والمنتدى الاجتماعي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان في نيسان/أبريل 2014 من شأن ذلك أن يساعد على الحد من هذه الحواجز.

The three intersessional WGs and the Social Forum provide practically the only human rights forums where the concerned groups and communities can effectively participate in United Nations meetings and bring up potential and real problems facing them.

13. Those working groups and the Social Forum could engage in studies and standardsetting and should report to the plenary body, so as to ensure a systematic and coherent approach.
13- يمكن لهذه الأفرقة العاملة والمحفل الاجتماعي أن تعمل في إجراء دراسات ووضع معايير وينبغي أن تقدم تقاريرها إلى الهيئة بكامل تشكليها، بغية ضمان اتباع نهج منهجي ومترابط.

The decision on the abolishment of the SubCommission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights calls into question the existence of the SubCommission's Working Groups on Minorities, Indigenous Populations, Contemporary Forms of Slavery, and the Social Forum.
أما قرار إلغاء اللجنة الفرعية المعنية بتعزيز حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها فهو يطرح مسألة وجود الأفرقة العاملة التابعة للجنة الفرعية والمعنية بالأقليات والسكان الأصليين وأشكال الرق المعاصرة والمحفل الاجتماعي.

After two and a half years, States Members of the United Nations have achieved resounding results in the institution-building process of the Human Rights Council, in particular relating to the implementation of its mechanisms, such as the universal periodic review, the special procedures, the Advisory Committee and the Social Forum.
وبعد مرور سنتين ونصف السنة، حققت الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة نتائج باهرة في عملية بناء مؤسسات مجلس حقوق الإنسان، وخاصة في تنفيذ آلياته من قبيل الاستعراض الدوري الشامل، والإجراءات الخاصة، واللجنة الاستشارية، والمحفل الاجتماعي.
