7 - وتغتنم بلدان عدم الانحياز هذه الفرصة لإعادة التشديد على وجوب حظر استغلال حقوق الإنسان لأغراض سياسية، بما في ذلك استهداف بلدان بعينها بطريقة انتقائية لاعتبارات مصطنعة، مما يعد منافياً للمبادئ التأسيسية للحركة وميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

1 - Affirms that unilateral measures and attempts to impose extra-territorial laws against OIC member States contradict the principles of international law and the UN Charter which warn against intervention in the internal affairs of States and stipulate the settlement of disputes by dialogue and peaceful means, and also contradict the basic principles enshrined in WTO agreement;
1 - يؤكد أن التدابير الانفرادية ومحاولات فرض قوانين تتجاوز الولاية القانونية والتشريعية المحلية ضد الدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، أمر يتعارض مع مبادىء القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة التي تمنع التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول وتنص على تسوية النزاعات عن طريق الحوار والوسائل السلمية، وتتعارض أيضا مع المبادىء الأساسية الواردة في اتفاقيات منظمة التجارة العالمية.
