١٦ - تؤكد من جديد أنه وفقا ﻷحكام الفقرة ٧٩ من قرارها ٥٢/٢٢٠ لا يمكن تجاه هذه اﻷنشطة غير الصادر بها تكليفات الالتزام بأية أموال متصلة بها اتصالا مباشرا إلى أن يجري النظر في التقرير المتعلق بالصلة بين معاملة اﻷنشطة الدائمة واستخدام صندوق الطوارئ على النحو المطلوب في الفقرة ٧٨ من قرارها ٥٢/٢٢٠؛

16. ١٦ - تؤكد من جديد أنه وفقا ﻷحكام الفقرة ٧٩ من قرارها ٥٢/٢٢٠ لا يمكن تجاه هذه اﻷنشطة غير الصادر بها تكليفات الالتزام بأية أموال متصلة بها اتصالا مباشرا إلى أن يجري النظر في التقدير المتعلق بالصلة بين معاملة اﻷنشطة الدائمة واستخدام صندوق الطوارئ على النحو المطلوب في الفقرة ٧٨ من قرارها ٥٢/٢٢٠؛

Lastly, she repeated her delegation’s request for confirmation that the provisions of General Assembly resolution 52/220 would continue to apply with respect to pilot projects and the use of the contingency fund.
وفي ختام كلمتها، كررت طلب وفدها بأن يستمر تطبيق أحكام قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٢/٢٢٠ فيما يتعلق بالمشاريع التجريبية واستخدام صندوق الطوارئ.
