4. Requests the Secretary-General to provide it with a mock-up budget for a single peace-keeping operation, based on the above-mentioned Standard Cost Manual, for its consideration, taking into account the comments of the Advisory Committee and the views expressed by Member States;
٤ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إليها ميزانية نموذجية لعملية وحيدة من عمليات حفظ السلم، تستند الى دليل التكاليف القياسية المذكورة أعلاه لكي تنظر فيها، مع مراعاة تعليقات اللجنة الاستشارية واﻵراء التي أعربت عنها الدول اﻷعضاء؛

24. Bearing in mind the basic principle enunciated by the General Assembly and the views expressed by the Advisory Committee concerning honoraria, the Secretary-General, on this occasion, presents the merits of the arguments put forward by both the President of the International Narcotics Control Board and the President of the Tribunal.
٢٤ - واﻷمين العام، إذ يضع في اعتباره المبدأ اﻷساسي الذي أعلنته الجمعية العامة واﻵراء التي أعربت عنها اللجنة الاستشارية بشأن اﻷتعاب، يعرض، في هذه المناسبة، مضمون الحجج التي ساقها كل من رئيس الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات ورئيس المحكمة اﻹدارية.

Requests the Secretary-General to follow up closely the implementation of the Declaration and to submit an annual report on the implementation of paragraph 10 of the Declaration, taking into account the modalities set out in the report of the Secretary-General and the views expressed by States in the debate of the Sixth Committee during the fiftieth session of the General Assembly;
٨ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يتابع عن كثب تنفيذ اﻹعلان وأن يقدم تقريرا سنويا عن تنفيذ الفقرة ١٠ من اﻹعلان، واضعا في اعتباره الطرق المبينة في تقرير اﻷمين العام واﻵراء التي أعربت عنها الدول في المناقشات التي دارت في اللجنة السادسة أثناء الدورة الخمسين للجمعية العامة؛

2. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to it, for consideration at an early stage during its fifty-fourth session, a comprehensive report, taking into account the recommendations of the Office of Internal Oversight Services and the views expressed by Member States on the issue of arbitration, which should, inter alia, cover:
٢ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إليها، في مرحلة مبكرة من دورتها الرابعة والخمسين، تقريرا شاملا لكي تنظر فيه، آخذا في الاعتبار توصيات مكتب خدمات المراقبة الداخلية واﻵراء التي أعربت عنها الدول اﻷعضاء بشأن مسألة التحكيم، وينبغي أن يغطي في جملة أمور ما يلي:

Requests the Secretary-General to submit to it, for consideration at an early stage during its fifty-fourth session, a comprehensive report, taking into account the recommendations of the Office of Internal Oversight Services and the views expressed by Member States on the issue of arbitration, which should cover, inter alia:

٢٠ - تطلب أيضا الى اﻷمين العام أن يدرج في تقريره المقبل للجمعية العامة بشأن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة لمراقبة فض الاشتباك تعليقات عن مدى جدوى الخفض التدريجي للرصيد الفائض، مع مراعاة الحالة المالية للقوة، وحالة رد التكاليف للبلدان المسهمة بقوات، واﻵراء التي أعربت عنها الدول اﻷعضاء؛

16. ١٦ - طلبت الجمعية العامة، في الفقرة ٢٠ من قرارها ٤٨/٢٥٣، الى اﻷمين العام أن يدرج في تقريره المقبل الى الجمعية العامة عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة لمراقبة فض الاشتباك تعليقات عن مدى جدوى الخفض التدريجي للرصيد الفائض المحتفظ به في الحساب المعلق، مع مراعاة الحالة المالية للقوة وحالة رد التكاليف للبلدان المساهمة بقوات واﻵراء التي أعربت عنها الدول اﻷعضاء.

5. In line with the aim of the work programme and the views expressed by Parties and stakeholders, the co-chairs decided to organize the analytical and technical work around the following two pillars:
