The Iranian islands of Abu Musa, Greater Tunb and Lesser Tunb are integral and eternal parts of the Iranian territory, and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran categorically rejects any claim to the contrary, including the baseless claims raised in the said letters and their annexes.

In article 42, paragraph 1, the words in brackets should be replaced by “Regulations of the Court and their annexes”.
٤٨ - وفي الفقرة ١ من المادة ٢٤ ، ينبغي أن يستعاض عن العبارة بين أقواس بعبارة " لائحة المحكمة ومرفقاتها " .

As and when the Court does have a need for outside translation, notably when a backlog in the translation of pleadings and their annexes has to be made up, it prefers to call upon its roster of translators working from home, who have experience working for the Court, are familiar with its terminology and style and have shown that they can be trusted with confidential documents (see point (c) below).
