65- كما أُبلغ الفريق العامل بأن قوانين جديدة تتعلق بالهجرة قد سُنت في عدة بلدان، وهي تعرِّض للخطر حقوقَ المهاجرين في عدم الخضوع للاحتجاز التعسفي وفي طلب اللجوء، وفي الاستماع إلى كل ما لديهم من أقوال في جلسة استماع منصفة قبل ترحيلهم، وفي الحماية من الترحيل إلى البلدان التي قد يتعرضون فيها للتعذيب.

39. The Convention on the Rights of the Child recognizes the right of children to health and to be protected from all forms of physical and mental violence, including sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, harmful traditional practices, abduction, sale and trafficking for all forms of exploitation.
39- وتُقرّ اتفاقية حقوق الطفل بحق الأطفال في الصحة وفي الحماية من كل أشكال العنف البدني والعقلي، بما يشمل الإيذاء الجنسي، والاستغلال الجنسي والممارسات التقليدية الضارة، والخطف والبيع والاتجار لأي شكل من أشكال الاستغلال.

68. CRC was concerned at the situation of children belonging to minorities, including Batwa children, in particular their limited access to basic social services, and the violation of their rights to development, to enjoy their own culture and to be protected from discrimination.
