- أن تبذل قصارى جهدها، وفقاً لتشريعاتها الوطنية وطبقاً للمعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، بغية ضمان كامل الاحترام والحماية للأماكن والمواقع والمقدسات الدينية، وأن تتخذ تدابير إضافية في حالات تعرضها للتدنيس أو التخريب؛

15. Calls upon all States to make the utmost effort, in accordance with their national legislation and in conformity with international human rights and humanitarian law, to ensure that religious places, sites, shrines and symbols are fully respected and protected, and to take additional measures in cases where they are vulnerable to desecration or destruction;
15- يهيب بجميع الدول أن تبذل أقصى جهد، وفقاً لتشريعاتها الوطنية وبما يتفق مع القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني، لضمان الاحترام والحماية الكاملَين للأماكن والمواقع والأضرحة والرموز الدينية، وأن تتخذ تدابير إضافية في حالات تعرضها للتدنيس أو التدمير؛

16. 16- يهيب بجميع الدول أن تبذل أقصى جهد، وفقاً لتشريعاتها الوطنية وبما يتفق مع القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني، لضمان الاحترام والحماية الكاملَين للأماكن والمواقع والأضرحة والرموز الدينية، وأن تتخذ تدابير إضافية في حالات تعرضها للتدنيس أو التدمير؛

10. Further urges States to exert their utmost efforts, in accordance with their national legislation and in conformity with international human rights standards, to ensure that religious places, sites and shrines are fully respected and protected, and to take additional measures in cases where they are vulnerable to desecration or destruction;
10 - تحــث كذلـك الدول على بـذل قصـارى جهودهـا، وفقا لتشريعاتها الوطنية وطبقا للمعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، لضمان الاحترام والحماية الكاملين للأماكن والمواقع والمزارات الدينية، واتخاذ تدابير إضافية حيثما تكون عرضة للتدنيس أو التدمير؛

(ه) أن تبذل قصارى جهدها، وفقاً لتشريعاتها الوطنية وطبقاً للمعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، بغية ضمان كامل الاحترام والحماية للأماكن والمواقع والمقدسات الدينية، وأن تتخذ تدابير إضافية في حالات تعرضها للتدنيس أو التخريب؛

Paragraph 10 should be replaced by the following: " Further urges States to exert the utmost efforts, in accordance with their national legislation and in conformity with international human rights standards, to ensure that religious places, sites and shrines are fully respected and protected and to take additional measures in cases where they are vulnerable to desecration or destruction; " .
وينبغي الاستعاضة عن الفقرة 10 بالنص التالي " وتحث كذلك الدول على بذل أقصى الجهود الممكنة، وفقاً لتشريعاتها الوطنية واتساقا مع المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان لضمان الاحترام والحماية الكافيين للأماكن الدينية والمواقع والمزارات المقدسة بشكل كامل واتخاذ تدابير إضافية في حالات تعرضها لانتهاك حرمتها أو للتدمير؛ " .
