As for collective rights, the advent of dozens of political parties and the development of numerous religious, commercial and scientific associations, operating on a for-profit or nonforprofit basis, reflects the full enjoyment of freedom of opinion, association and assembly, freedom of movement, the freedom to demonstrate in public and trade union freedoms.
58- وبخصوص الحقوق الجماعية، تجدر الإشارة إلى ظهور عشرات الأحزاب السياسية وقيام العديد من الجمعيات الدينية والتجارية والعلمية الربحية وغير الربحية، مما يعبر عن ازدهار حرية الرأي وتكوين الجمعيات فضلاً عن حق التجمع وحرية التنقل وحرية المشاركة في المظاهرات والحريات النقابية.

The Committee also regrets the lack of information from the State party on the numbers and nature of complaints made by trade union organizations concerning conditions of work and trade union freedoms (arts. 7 and 8).
