وعليه نشدد على ضرورة تعزيز التعاون الدولي من أجل التنمية بما في ذلك السياسة التعاون بين الشمال والجنوب، والتعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب والتعاون الثلاثي لتخطي العوائق السياسية والمالية التي تحول دون التنفيذ الكامل لتوصيات المؤتمرين.

The Sudan appreciated the efforts of UNIDO to promote South-South cooperation, North-South cooperation and trilateral cooperation, and establish new international partnerships with the public and private sectors in Member and non-member States and international and regional organizations and institutions.
٩٢- واستطرد قائلا إنَّ السودان يقدِّر الجهود التي بذلتها اليونيدو لتعزيز التعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب والتعاون بين الشمال والجنوب والتعاون الثلاثي الأطراف وإقامة شراكات دولية جديدة مع القطاعين العام والخاص في الدول الأعضاء وغير الأعضاء ومع المنظمات والمؤسسات الدولية والإقليمية.

He further expressed support for the expansion of North-South, South-South and trilateral cooperation for the development and implementation of comprehensive plans, country-led and called on world leaders to work with regional economic communities, associations, organizations and agencies to strengthen mechanisms for financial and technical cooperation with donors and other stakeholders to facilitate regional economic integration.
