9. Expresses its concern that the composition and working procedures of the National Convention do not permit either members of Parliament-elect or representatives of the ethnic minorities to express their views freely, and urges the Government of Myanmar to seek new and constructive means to promote national reconciliation;
٩ - تعرب عن قلقها من أن تشكيل المؤتمر الوطني وإجراءات عمله لا تسمح ﻷعضاء البرلمان المنتخبين أو ممثلي اﻷقليات العرقية بالتعبير عن آرائهم بحرية، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تسعى إلى استخدام وسائل جديدة وبناءة، للنهوض بالمصالحة الوطنية؛

10. Expresses its concern over the situation of the persons belonging to the Rohingya ethnic minority in Northern Rakhine State, and urges the Government of Myanmar to recognize the right of these persons to nationality and to protect all of their human rights;
10- يعرب عن قلقه إزاء حالة الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقلية الروهينغيا العرقية في شمال ولاية راخين ويحث حكومة ميانمار على الاعتراف بحق هؤلاء الأشخاص في الجنسية وحماية جميع حقوق الإنسان المقررة لهم؛

(e) The release from detention of some political activists, and urges the Government of Myanmar to free all remaining political prisoners, to ensure their personal safety and allow them to take part in the process of national reconciliation;
(ه) الإفراج عن بعض النشطاء السياسيين المحتجزين، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على إطلاق سراح جميع السجناء السياسيين المتبقين، وضمان سلامتهم الشخصية، وتمكينهم من المشاركة في عملية المصالحة الوطنية؛

(d) At the keeping of Aung San Suu Kyi under de facto house arrest and other members of the National League for Democracy in prison, and urges the Government of Myanmar to release them immediately and unconditionally and allow them to exercise their freedom of association, movement and expression;
(د) إبقاء أونغ سان سو كيي قيد الإقامة الجبرية الفعلية في منزلها، وإبقاء غيرها من أعضاء الرابطة الوطنية من أجل الديمقراطية في السجن، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على الإفراج عنهم فوراً ودون قيد أو شرط وتمكينهم من ممارسة حقهم في تكوين الجمعيات وفي حرية التنقل والتعبير؛

8. Expresses its concern that the composition and working procedures of the National Convention do not permit either Members of Parliament-elect or representatives of the ethnic minorities to express their views freely, and urges the Government of Myanmar to seek new and constructive ways to promote national reconciliation and to restore democracy, through, inter alia, the establishment of a time frame for action;
8 - تعرب عن قلقها لأن تكوين الجمعية الوطنية وإجراءات عملها لا تسمح لأعضاء البرلمان المنتخبين ولا لممثلي الأقليات العرقية بالتعبير عن آرائهم بحرية، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على السعي إلى إيجاد وسيلة جديدة وبناءة لتشجيع المصالحة الوطنية واستعادة الديمقراطية بأمور منها وضع جدول زمني لاتخاذ إجراءات؛

18. Further welcomes the progress made in the development of some activities by the International Committee of the Red Cross, and urges the Government of Myanmar to allow it to carry out other activities in accordance with its mandate, in particular by granting access to detained persons and to areas of internal armed conflict;
18 - ترحب كذلك بالتقدم المحرز في تطوير بعض أنشطة لجنة الصليب الأحمر الدولية، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على السماح لها بالاضطلاع بأنشطتها الأخرى وفقا لولايتها، بطرق منها على وجه الخصوص أن تتيح لها إمكانية الوصول إلى الأشخاص المحتجزين وإلى مناطق النـزاع المسلح في الداخل؛

29 - ترحــب كذلك بزيـــارة المقرر الخـــاص إلـــى ميانمـــار في الفترة من 21 إلى 25 آب/أغسطس 2011 وبإتاحة فرص الوصول له، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على تنفيذ التوصيات الموجهة إلى الحكومة في تقريره(10) والتعاون على نحو تام مع المقرر الخاص في ممارسة ولايته، بطرق منها تيسير إجراء زيارات أخرى؛

(ب) لأن تكوين الجمعية الوطنية وإجراءات عملها لا تسمح لأعضاء البرلمان المنتخبين ولا لممثلي الأقليات العرقية بالتعبير عن آرائهم بحرية، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تلتمس السبل البناءة لتحقيق المصالحة الوطنية واستعادة الديمقراطية بأمور منها وضع جدول زمني لاتخاذ إجراءات؛

1. Strongly deplores the continued violent repression of peaceful demonstrations in Myanmar, including through beatings, killings, arbitrary detentions and enforced disappearances, expresses condolences to the victims and their families, and urges the Government of Myanmar to exercise utmost restraint and to desist from further violence against peaceful protesters;
1- يشجب بشدة القمع العنيف المستمر للتظاهرات السلمية في ميانمار، بما في ذلك عن طريق الضرب والقتل والاحتجاز التعسفي، والاختفاء القسري، ويعرب عن الأسى تجاه الضحايا وعن التعازي لأسرهم، ويحث حكومة ميانمار على ممارسة أقصى درجات ضبط النفس والامتناع عن ممارسة مزيد من العنف ضد المحتجين احتجاجاً سلمياً؛

8. Also welcomes the invitation extended to the International Committee of the Red Cross to provide technical assistance in three prisons, and urges the Government of Myanmar to allow it to expand activities in accordance with its mandate, in particular by granting access to persons detained and to areas of internal armed conflict;
8- يرحب أيضاً بالدعوة الموجهة إلى اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر لتقديم المساعدة التقنية في ثلاثة سجون، ويحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تسمح للجنة بتوسيع نطاق أنشطتها وفقاً لولايتها، ولا سيما بإتاحة إمكانية الوصول إلى الأشخاص المحتجزين وإلى مناطق النزاع المسلح في الداخل؛
