(b) Expressing its strong condemnation of all recruitment and use of children in violation of national and international law;

" The Security Council also reiterates its call on relevant parties to armed conflict that have not already done so to prepare and implement, as a matter of priority, concrete time-bound action plans to halt recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law, as called for in Security Council resolution 1539 (2004).
" يكرر مجلس الأمن أيضا دعوته الأطراف ذات الصلة في الصراعات المسلحة التي لم تقم حتى الآن بوضع وتنفيذ خطط عمل محددة بأطر زمنية لوقف تجنيد واستخدام الأطفال في انتهاك للقانون الدولي المنطبق، على النحو المطلوب في قرار مجلس الأمن 1539 (2004)، إلى أن تقوم بذلك على سبيل الأولوية.

(a) Reiterates its call on parties to armed conflict listed in the annexes of the Secretary-General's report on children and armed conflict that have not already done so to prepare and implement, without further delay, action plans to halt recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law;

(a) Calls upon these parties to prepare within three months concrete time-bound action plans to halt recruitment and use of children in violation of the international obligations applicable to them, in close collaboration with United Nations peacekeeping missions and United Nations country teams, consistent with their respective mandates;

6 - إذ يلاحظ أن بعض أطراف النـزاع المسلح قد استجابت لدعوته الموجهة إليها لإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل عملية محددة زمنيا لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي المنطبق:

" The Security Council welcomes the cooperation extended to the SRSG, UNICEF and child protection advisers by some parties to armed conflicts in the preparation and implementation of action plans to halt recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law.
" يرحب مجلس الأمن بالتعاون الذي أبدته بعض الأطراف في الصراعات المسلحة للممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام واليونيسيف والمستشارين المعنيين بحماية الأطفال التابعين لعمليات حفظ السلام في إعداد وتنفيذ خطط العمل الرامية إلى وقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي المنطبق.

(a) Expressing concern about reports of the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law by the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF);
(أ) يعرب عن القلق إزاء التقارير الواردة عن قيام مناضلي بانغسامورو الإسلاميين في سبيل الحرية بتجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري؛

(b) Urging BIFF to publicly express their commitment and take active steps to end all recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law and to prevent all violations and abuses committed against children, including by entering into dialogue with the United Nations.
(ب) يحث مقاتلي بانغسامورو الإسلاميين في سبيل الحرية على الإعلان عن التزامهم بوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري وبمنع جميع الانتهاكات والاعتداءات المرتكبة ضد الأطفال واتخاذ خطوات فعالة لتحقيق ذلك، تشمل الدخول في حوار مع الأمم المتحدة.

94. Pursuant to paragraphs 4 (d) and 4 (e) of resolution 1857 (2008), the Group will continue to monitor recruitment trends and to research and document case studies involving command responsibility for the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law, focusing on the most systematic cases.

The Council also established a working group to review the reports of that monitoring system, as well as progress in the development and implementation of the action plans called for in paragraph 5 (a) of its resolution 1539 (2004) to halt the recruitment and use of children in violation of international obligations by all parties concerned.
كما أنشأ المجلس فريقا عاملا لاستعراض التقارير التي يقدمها نظام الرصد المذكور فضلا عن استعراض التقدم المحرز في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط العمل التي دعا إليها المجلس في الفقرة 5 (أ) من قراره 1539 (2004)، والتي تتمثل في كف جميع الأطراف المعنية عن تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للالتزامات الدولية.

(b) Urging ASG to publicly express its commitment and take active steps to end and prevent all recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law and all other violations and abuses against children, including through the expeditious development and implementation of action plans in line with Security Council resolutions 1612 (2005), 1882 (2009), 1998 (2011) and 2068 (2012).
(ب) يحث جماعة أبو سياف على الإعلان عن التزامها بوقف ومنع تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري وجميع الانتهاكات والاعتداءات الأخرى ضد الأطفال واتخاذ خطوات فعالة لتحقيق ذلك تشمل التعجيل في وضع خطط عمل وتنفيذها بما يتماشى مع قرارات مجلس الأمن 1612 (2005) و 1882 (2009) و 1998 (2011) و 2068 (2012).
